We avoided the July-September selloff in Oil & Energy, but now I believe we are approaching a potential inflection point. A strong week for Stocks:
I was cautious on Stocks heading into this week, as Sell signals had been confirmed and key markets rolled down from textbook resistance.
After this week’s rally, Stocks are at a decisive moment:
On the positive side: when a market doesn’t do what it “should”, it’s an important message. Momentum is on the cusp of being repaired — a potential Bullish signal.
On the negative side: some key areas remain weak, and chart resistance is still an issue. We’ll cover the risks to watch going forward.
